Karnataka 2nd PUC Supplementary Exam Dates Announced, Pre-University Exams To Be Held From August 19

The Karnataka Education Department has decided to conduct the Karnataka 2nd PUC Supplementary Exams from August 19, 2021 to September 03, 2021 across 187 exam centres in the state for students who are not satisfied with final outcome or had missed it.

Announcing the Karnataka 2nd PUC Supplementary Exam dates, the newly appointed Minister for Primary and Secondary Education B.C. Nagesh said, “Around 18,414 students from 5,546 colleges across the Karnataka have applied for the Karnataka pre-university supplementary exams,” as reported by IANS

The responsibility for conducting Karnataka 2nd PUC Supplementary exams across 187 centres in Karnataka is entrusted with the deputy commissioners and authorities of the concerned district.

“There should be no discrepancy in the conduct of examinations and it will be held under the monitoring of Deputy Commissioners,” B.C. Nagesh added.

The Karnataka 2nd PUC results were announced on July 20, 2021 on the basis of an alternative marking scheme owing to the COVID-19 pandemic in the state following the cancellation of the Karnataka 2nd PUC exams 2021 by the department of pre-university education (DPU) due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Karnataka Pre-University Supplementary Exam Dates

This year, the board has passed all students due to the pandemic. A total of 2239 students have scored perfect marks i.e., 600/600. A total of 1,95,650 students got distinctions out of 5,90,153 registered. As per the sources, a total of 76,344 had enrolled as repeater students.
