WBJEE 2022 counselling registration ends today, Sep 1: know how to register and other details

Students looking to get admission into Engineering/Technology/ Pharmacy courses through WBJEE 2022, Watch out! Today is the last day (Sep 1, 2022) to register for the first round of WBJEE 2022 counselling.

Candidates who are yet to register for the WBJEE Counseling 2022 must hurry up and visit the official website–wbjeeb.nic.in to register themselves. Along with WBJEE counselling registration, the fee payment, choice filling and choice locking process will also end today i.e. September 1, 2022. The Seat Allotment Result for the first round will be declared on September 7, 2022. Seats are allotted to students based on their rank, choice and seat availability.

Just so you know, WBJEE Counselling is done in 2 phases:

Phase-1 counselling is dedicated to admission into Engineering/Technology/ Pharmacy courses whereas phase-2 counselling takes place for admission into Architecture course. Several seats are also reserved for JEE Main rank holders across other courses in this phase.

The West Bengal JEE 2022 counselling process includes registration, choice filling, payment of counselling fees, choice locking and at last seat allotment. To register online for the WBJEE counselling 2022 process, students are needed to upload the documents given below. Domicile Certificate of West Bengal is a must if you are to take admission under the state quota.

Documents Required for WBJEE Counselling 2022:

• West Bengal JEE 2022 Rank card
• Class 10th Mark Sheet,
• Class 12th mark sheets
• Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
• Class 10 admit card serving as a Birth Certificate/ Dedicated Birth certificate
• Domicile certificate for West Bengal domiciled candidates
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• TFW Certificate (if applicable)
• OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) Certificate; if you are one

How to Register for WBJEE Counselling 2022:

• Click on the link wbjeeb.nic.in OR Paste it into a browser and hit “enter”
• Click on the ‘Registration and Choice Filling’ link
• Log in and register online by filling out the application form as instructed
• Pay the WBJEE 2022 counselling fee in whichever online mode you prefer i.e. UPI/Netbanking/Others
• Select the preferred college and course
• Submit the West Bengal JEE counselling registration form
• Download and take a printout of it for future use.

The WBJEEB (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board) conducts Common Entrance Examinations for the selection of candidates for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate Professional, Vocational and General Degree Courses in the colleges situated in the state of West Bengal.
