Tips & Tricks For Bank Exams
1. Youtube Videos
The best thing to do in the lfirst month is to watch Youtube videos shared by your chosen channel. The teachers share many tips and tricks that make the examination easy. Also, some of the coaching classes also take sessions on memory-based papers of the previous year. This helps in getting an idea of the overall performance level before the examination.
2. Limited Resources
Keep your resources limited. Do not use any new book or another resource in the last week of the RRB PO examination. This can do more harm and can lead to confusion. Stick to the set of books used during the preparations.
3. Time Management
Proper Time Management Skill is a must to ace any competitive exam. Try to attempt the questions which are less time-consuming and you are sure of. Also, do not forget that there is a penalty of 1/4th mark for every incorrect response. It is advised to solve the questions correctly or leave them unanswered to avoid negative marking. Along with this, maintain the speed and accuracy from the beginning to solve tricky questions in less time.
4. Assess Yourself
Practicing mock tests and previous year’s question papers alone is not enough to be successful in the exam. Set aside ample time to analyze each question to identify your strong and weak areas. Work on improving these weak areas and do not repeat them when attempting the next mock tests for favorable results.
5. Timely Revision
One of the most effective Banking Exam Preparation Strategies is to not start to cover any fresh topics in the last week as it will create unnecessary confusion and stress. Devote at least 5-6 hours every day to the revision of all the topics, prepare formulas, tables, etc. Jot down the important topics, formulas, and short tricks for quick revision. This will help you to retain all the details covered so far.
The admit card for all the banking exams will be released in due course of time. The examination will be conducted across the country at various exam centres.
