Take a cup of flaxseeds in a jar and mix it with salt, pepper, red chilli flakes, and parsley. Blend it and form a dough. Now make roti out of it and cook on a pan. Once done, add some hung curd and mustard sauce. Next, add vegetables like onion, tomato, carrot, and more of your choice. Add seasoning, and enjoy!
